Graduate Interns will participate in diverse activities in support of client projects and organizational initiatives. Representative assignments include:
Deliverable Development:
Supports consulting teams in the following areas:
• Designing and executing communication strategies and materials (e.g., executive communications, intranet content development, manager toolkits, etc.) 
• Creating and co-facilitating learning experiences including workshops and strategy sessions at all levels in an organization
• Developing change strategies and providing implementation recommendations and support
• Assessing team effectiveness, supporting team building, and advising organizational design  
• Conducting process mapping, analysis, and effectiveness recommendation development
• Creating and executing measurement strategies to gauge project impact

Project Management:
• Providing support to consultants on client projects (e.g., report development, budget tracking, status update development, etc.)
• Making recommendations and contributions to client deliverables
• Providing support in the new business process and participating in the RFP and proposal processes

• Conducting secondary research (e.g., review of articles, white papers, existing survey data) efficiently, and effectively summarizes client-relevant information
• Participating in protocol development, data collection, and analysis (e.g., interviews, focus groups, surveys)
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and identifying relevant themes
• Leveraging and testing academic knowledge in project settings
• We are looking for a strong candidate currently enrolled in a MBA or MA program for Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Strategic Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Adult Education or a related field
• Must be available to work 30 hours a week
• Ideal candidate would have a background in and demonstrate a sincere interest in gaining further hands-on experience in the following areas: Change Management, Organizational Development, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and HR Strategy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills
• Understanding of social and digital media
• Robust intellectual curiosity and flexibility
• Strong strategic consultancy skills and the ability to provide insights and recommendations into change management and related client projects
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Visio is a plus
• Exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and results driven, demonstrates personal effectiveness: leadership, analytical thinking, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability
