In addition, we're constantly engaged in developing new technology-enabled approaches to support learning, and work with our technology platform partners to push the boundaries in developing the world’s leading online professional education experience.
We offer a fun and stimulating work environment akin to the energetic atmosphere of a start-up, but housed within the context of a larger established company that has been active in the online learning space for over a decade.

■ Using source materials and interviews with subject matter experts to capture relevant information for course development
■ Applying adult learning principles to recommend design approaches and interactions that most effectively support specific performance objectives

■ Working with designers, media practitioners, and vendors to create a final online course, including graphics, audio, video, expert interviews, simulations, and interactivities
■ Collaborating with project team members to identify and resolve issues, risks, and quality challenges
■ Contributing to the overall team-wide process and tool improvement efforts

QUALIFICATIONS:
The most important attributes of an Instructional Designer are:
■ An interest in, and passion for, the art and science of learning, development and human performance
■ Knowledge of learning strategies and processes
■ Ability to write with clarity and voice
