Once you post, your opportunity is available to all students and alumni to view and contact you.

An internship is a form of experiential education that integrates knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skill development in a professional setting. Internships are a critical piece of a student’s career development.

Talent Pool is Columbia’s creative talent database for project collaboration and employment recruitment. Students create a professional profile, and upload portfolios and work samples to be seen by prospective employers and fellow students for collaboration.

All employers and professionals who wish to recruit Columbia College students are required to uphold the professional conduct standards outlined in National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Employment Professionals, a subsection within the Principles for Professional Conduct.
