Sydney Howland serves as a Senior Associate for Triage Consulting Group, where her focus is in maximizing hospital reimbursement through comprehensive payment review and healthcare consulting for her hospital clients. As part of her role, Sydney oversees a team of associates that work together to identify and recover lost revenue for their client. Her team provides analysis and customized recommendations that minimize future cash losses for the hospital. In 2016, Sydney received the Triage Consulting Guiding Principle Award for excellence in Client Service. At Triage, Sydney also works as a Recruiting lead and as an Associate Trainer, leading new associates through specific training modules to further their career development.
Sydney graduated from Duke University in 2015 with a B.A. in Public Policy and a minor in Global Health. During her undergraduate career, Sydney participated in the Duke Engage program in New Orleans, L.A. and completed several internships in different facets of the healthcare industry. She was a member of Sabrosura, Duke’s Latin Dance Company, and served as program director for Project Waves, a freshman pre-orientation program.
Falon Hassett serves as a Senior Associate for Triage Consulting Group, where her focus is in maximizing hospital reimbursement through comprehensive payment review and healthcare consulting for her hospital clients. As part of her role, Falon oversees a team of associates that work together to identify and recover lost revenue for their client. Over the last year, she has primarily focused on government payers with an emphasis in hospital coding. In 2016, Falon received the Triage Consulting Guiding Principle Award for Relationships by developing meaningful relationships in the workplace. Falon graduated from Duke University in 2015 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and minor in Chemistry and French. During her undergraduate career, Falon followed a pre-health track, participating in a research lab and volunteering in the Duke Cancer Center. Through clinical shadowing experiences, Falon became attracted to the business side of healthcare and decided to enter the industry.
