As an Associate Regional Sales Manager, you will receive an annual base salary of $30,000 while we train you (usually 18-24 months). You will be based in Jacksonville, Florida at our headquarters and we will pay for your relocation. In addition, you will receive an $850 per month housing allowance, plus $50 per month for mobile phone expenses. You will also have access to a  comprehensive employee benefits package including medical/dental/vision coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement and more. After you demonstrate your ability to effectively market Allstate Benefits products, you will have the opportunity to become a Regional Sales Manager where you’ll have unlimited income potential.
