The goal of this program is to assist current students/recent graduates with their career goals and prepare them for the professional work environment.


We have created a form below to make the registration process easy and quick.  Please note the following:


·         All fields marked with an * are required.

·         If you have a Linkedin Profile, you can attach the link and skip the employment section

·         For fields that allow multiple selections, use CTRL to select more than one.

·         Personal Information Options:

o   Allow Student Contact - set to Yes if you wish to allow students to contact you directly

o   Show Contact Method - select Anonymous or Show Contact Info. Anonymous will prevent students from seeing your actual contact information  and Anonymous will send to your primary email address

o   Show Contact Info will provide the student with your actual contact information. It will only show those fields that you select as Yes to show.

o   Max Contacts per month - enter the maximum number of contacts from individual students you wish to allow per month.


·         Once you have completed the form, click Save at the bottom.
