|The Advanced Networking and Etiquette Workshop is for students who have previously attended one of the regular Networking and Etiquette Workshops and are looking to increase their knowledge of business etiquette.|
The first part of the workshop will consist of a panel of employers from a variety of professions. The employers will talk about an assortment of topics and answer questions from attendees.
Topics will include:
How networking helped them get ahead in the workplace
Tips for successful social networking
The benefits of internships
Professional behavior in the workplace
The second part of the workshop will be a reception atmosphere, where attendees will learn how to juggle hors d'oeuvres, drinks and conversation.
As in the regular Networking and Etiquette Workshops, attendees will be provided with personalized business cards and given the opportunity to network with employers and Career Center staff.
-Professional dress required;
-Previous attendance at a regular Networking and Etiquette Workshop required;
-To be fully registered, the Career Center must receive payment 7 days prior to scheduled date.
