You’ll enjoy working with our esteemed Advertising & Marketing team in the day-to-day management of advertising and related integrated marketing communication plans for the Jockey brand!

In this role, you will:

• Manage creation and implementation of advertising/communication initiatives and media plans including traditional and non-traditional/digital media.
• Assist in the development of the annual advertising/marketing plan for the Jockey brand to include all consumer facing elements.
• Develop advertising and communications creative briefs for both internal and external partners.
• Assist in management of agency partners in the conceptual development of advertising, traditional/non-traditional marketing and digital marketing.
• Manage productions including both still and moving asset development.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, driving brand integration and message consistency across all consumer touch points.
• Responsible for coordinating specific processes, such as securing partner materials/assets, obtaining all necessary internal approvals of marketing materials at every stage of execution, trafficking of advertising/marketing assets, etc.
• Manage advertising/communications budget including billing tracking, budget updates to management, monthly reconciliation and annual planning process.
• Manage legal clearance and talent rights/usage, in partnership with Jockey Legal, in order to ensure organizational compliance with contracts.
• Work with the Director, IMC to build marketing materials/presentations for key meetings: sales meeting, market week, account presentations.
• Utilize market research to ensure that consumer communications are effective and consistent.


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of advertising/marketing communications, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience in advertising/marketing communications including development of traditional/digital media, advertising production, and managing/participating on an integrated team.
• Strong organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage projects, agencies/teams and budgets.
• Self-starter who is extremely detailed minded, exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to clarify ambiguity and create solutions, work with a sense of urgency, and exercise correct judgment to manage multiple, sometimes shifting priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Occasional travel required (20%).
