MC Connect is the online career management system where Employers can post work opportunities (full and part-time), internships, and service opportunities for Maryville College Students and Alumni. Other features include: Register to attend a Career Event. Request your Career Event/Information Session - Search Students and Alumni. An Employer Contact account is required to access the MC Connect system. An Employer can have multiple Contacts
Employer Contacts with an active MC Connect account
Maryville College Faculty and Staff: An Employer Contact is required to post jobs, internships, and other internal Maryville College positions. For reference, view this video tutorial and "Quik-Ref" Guide (PDF).
Go to bottom of page, enter your Username and Password, then select Login
Posting Jobs, Internships, and other Opportunities
Posting Open Positions: Be sure to select Applicant Type (i.e. Full Time, Part Time, Service Opportunity/Volunteer or Internship). Once your opportunity is posted, you will receive an email notice. Please note that submitting an opportunity does not guarantee fulfillment of the request. For reference visit the "Employers" information and resources on the MC Connect web page.

POSTING GUIDELINES: The Career Center reserves the right to remove or not approve any postings that are deemed to be offensive or inappropriate without your consent.

To REGISTER for a MC Connect EMPLOYER Account
Select the "Click Here to Register" link at the bottom of this page to create an Employer account and yourself as the first Contact. Additional Contacts may create accounts for themselves once the Employer account has been created. You will first be required to search to “Find Your Organization”.
If found, Register as a Contact for the Employer. If not found, Register the Employer and then yourself as the first Contact.
After submitting your organization's information through this form, your request will be reviewed, and if approved your account will become active. For reference visit the "Employers" information and resources on the MC Connect web page.
