Position Information

Hourly Wage
The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Helps current customers troubleshoot their issues.

Having a basic understanding of simple electronic circuits and mechanical knowledge will aid in this role. Use of basic hand tools to work on automatic trap throwers can aid greatly in product knowledge and troubleshooting problems with customers. You will primarily use an extensive parts list to choose which parts to send to customers to solve their issue.

Job functions:
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Provide tracking information to customers
• Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale
• Suggest solutions or parts when a product malfunctions
• Inform customer of deals and promotions
• Close out or open call records
• Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas
• Report on defective trends or incorrect parts in boxes
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Review and renew Facebook and YouTube postings
• Update product pictures, descriptions and prices on social media
• Mail out parts and products from the office as needed using UPS & USPS
• Send orders to the warehouse at end of day.
• Occasional product testing for R&D feedback
• Potential to assist with Trade Shows

About the Company:

We have been in business for over 20 years in the hunting and shooting industry. To be successful in this position, there is a need for shooting and target knowledge. We are close to I-65, the Gulch and have a casual, dog friendly work environment.
