This job will require interaction with customers via email and phone. "Customers" are defined as clients of Lyric, the tech department, and other team members. You must be able to use google docs and email templates, know how to access various systems (training provided), and have a pleasant attitude. This is a part-time position that could turn into a full-time opportunity. Hours are flexible depending on school schedule, but expected to be consistent once established. You will interact and report to the Operations Manager.
