The Experience department, comprised of Brand Marketing, Customer Communications, and Thought Leadership is looking for a Summer Intern to join the team and support us as a leading department across the organization from Nashville to Boston.

As an Intern, you have the opportunity to work on the following projects this summer:

• Perform market research to develop comprehensive profiles of our most strategic client partners and competitors
• Create and execute a campaign to drive engagement with our thought leadership arm, naviHealth Essential Insights
• Develop creative briefs and work with our design team to build emails, landing pages and other assets
• Support marketing across a portfolio of campaigns and initiatives such as email, print, events, speaking engagements, client communications and trends.

As an Intern, you will make an impact by:
• Helping transform healthcare through the work we do for our clients and patients
• Supporting a highly visible and integral department of the company
• Elevating naviHealth’s presence as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the space
• Directly supporting all segments and services of the business

Courses, technical skills/applications or knowledge recommended for this role:
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Savvy in social media
• Creative drive a plus

Competencies and skill sets that will be developed in this role:
• Refined and strengthened communication skills and strategy
• Exposure and relationship-building with cross-functional teams and leadership
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of the business and healthcare industry overall
