Position Information

Provide quality and efficient customer service through teller related duties such as but not limited to processing various teller transactions submitted through a teller window, deposits, cashier’s checks, savings withdrawals, and deposits. Responsibilities will be primarily teller related but may be directed to assist with other duties as directed at the discretion of the Branch Operations Manager.
Must be able to work independently and adhere to all internal controls, policies and regulations as they apply to the banking industry

Possess the ability to develop and enhance a team environment

Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of customers and vendors

Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions

Must be accurate and maintain attention to detail; be dependable and prompt

Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be customer service oriented

Good communication skills - both verbal and written; strong decision making & problem solving skills

Comprehensive knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs

Must be able to learn Browser, IMS & Card Management Systems

Maintain a confidential nature & positive attitude at all times

Demonstrate sound judgment and innovative/independent thinking at all times
