This available job requires students/alumni part time customer service and administrative candidate to assist busy departments.Takes includes managing incoming calls, simple administrative and customer service task. As stated earlier, this is a part time job so the hours are flexible. Will provide support for projects and tasks as needed, with emphasis on accounting assistance, proofreading, filing, data entry, setting up files, and preparation of mailings. Will perform in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
*Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
*Experience with word processing and computer equipment
*Knowledge of alphabetic, numeric, subject and chronological indexing and filing rules and systems
*Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions and procedures
*Effective communication with a variety of individuals representing diverse cultures and
backgrounds and ability to function calmly in stressful situations, which require a high
degree of sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
*Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
