Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 grade scale (if between
schools, use the most recent GPA)
• Undergraduate and graduate students must be
accepted/enrolled full-time in an accredited U.S.
community college, or a four-year college or university
• All applicants must be U.S. citizens (either by birth
or naturalization)
