Current Students - Enter your existing Username below and click Reset Password. A new, random password will be generated and sent to the e-mail address currently in your profile.

If the email is not received in a few minutes, please check your Clutter or Junk email folders

Alumni  - if you did not update your profile with a non-Salve email address, it's very possible the new password will be sent to your old Salve email address.  To provide us with a non-Salve email address, please send an email to Julie.ward@salve.edu so that your profile can be updated and future emails delivered to your non-Salve address.  As a courtesy, please include your first and last name and date of graduation so that we can locate the appropriate account.  We will forward your User Name to your non-Salve email address.  Since we can no longer view passwords, you will need to use the "Forgot your password" link located at the bottom of the login page to have a new password sent to your non-Salve email address.

Employer Contacts - if you do not remember your Username and do not know the email that is currently in your profile, please to send an email to Julie.ward@salve.edu with your First Name, Last Name and Organization name so that we can look up your information.  Since we can no longer view passwords, you will need to use the "Forgot your password" link located at the bottom of the login page to have a new password sent to you.

In all cases, the new, random password will consist of upper and lower case letters and numbers, which must be entered EXACTLY as displayed to you.  It may be easier to copy the new password from the email and paste it into the password field box on the login page.
