Audience participation is encouraged throughout the dinner/presentation, and there will be time to visit with the others at your table.
A served dinner prepared by Flavours by Sodexo is included in your registration fee of $10. We accept Visa, Master, and American Express. Reservations are limited and on a first come, first served basis. No refunds will be given, and your registration is non-transferable.
You may choose between two main courses:
Chicken Piccata (Seared breast of chicken in a lemon caper white wine sauce)
Smoked Gouda Farfalle (Bow tie pasta baked with smoked gouda cheese and spinach - vegetarian option)
Dinner includes the main course served with dinner rolls, a market house salad with balsamic vinaigrette, oven roasted herbed potatoes, fresh green bean and carrot medley, and beverage; and a dessert course of cheesecake with fresh berries.
Professional dress is strongly encouraged. Impress the presenter, your friends, and yourself!
Parking note: If you are driving to campus for this event, you're encouraged to park in the ramp. Parking rules for the commuter lots are enforced until 7:00.

About Janie Spencer
· Proud double alum of UW-La Crosse, graduated in 1985 with a degree in Psychology & 1986 with a Masters in Education-Professional Development.
· Spent first 11 years of career working in Health Care, managing volunteer programs and doing fundraising.
· Since 1998, served as the Executive Director of the UW-L Alumni Association.
· Passionate about Everyday Etiquette and "Playing by the Rules". In January 2013, attended the Etiquette Institute in St. Louis, Missouri and received certification as Etiquette consultant.
