Audience participation is encouraged throughout the dinner/presentation. Professional dress is strongly encouraged. See if you can impress the presenter!
A three-course served dinner prepared by Flavours by Sodexo is included in your registration fee of $5. Reservations are limited and on a first come, first served basis. No refunds will be given.
You may choose between two main courses:
Seared breast of chicken in a lemon caper white wine sauce
Bow tie pasta baked with smoked gouda cheese and spinach
Dinner includes a soup course; the main course served with dinner rolls, a market house salad with balsamic vinaigrette, oven roasted herbed potatoes, fresh green bean and carrot medley, and beverage; and a dessert course of cheesecake with fresh berries.
