Position Information

Perform clerical duties as requested but not limited to:
Answering phones, assisting walk-in traffic, typing letters and notices, making copies, shredding confidential documents, performing background checks for potential tenants, leasing clients according to standards, assist with annual re-examinations and re-certifications, assisting with home inspections for any/all projects. Perform any light cleaning/maintenance that is necessary or asked of you, serve and decorate holidays and festivities. Grant writing, HUD reporting, housing stock expansion, as well as complete menial tasks within the scope of the business that is requested of you.

Other specific duties may include: intake and processing of applications, "fill and lease" vacant units, complete and tally work orders, completing new rent computations, maintain the waiting lists, answer emergency call bells, review surveillance material as needed, problem solve and guide tenants as needed according to HACOM standards (refrain from giving your opinion whenever possible), document all adverse happenings and place in tenants file accordingly and maintain strict confidentiality according to HACOM standards.
